I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, and Short Sales & Foreclosure Certified. Possess the Graduate REALTOR Institute GRI) designation. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, 27 credit hours toward a Master of Arts Degree in Management and Business, and pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in Conflict Resolution. I teach real estate courses at the Academy of Real Estate in El Paso. I am a U.S. Army retired military officer and combat veteran, fluent in English and Spanish. I possess a great knowledge real estate market, having been a resident of Texas for over 20 years.
